Since you didn’t add “healthy”, here goes. Take a half cup of dried elbow macaroni, cook to al dente, and drain. Leave the drained macaroni in the pan, add a can of your favorite chili, and a bunch of cheese (Velveeta, Kraft American Singles, or Cheese Whiz). Heat and serve. No muss, no fuss.

Have a pancake supper with sausage or bacon on the side
just follow directions on a pancake mix, or bisquick box.
    everyone loves a pancake supper
If you know how some nice fried eggs go with it too.

    Meatloaf is always a winner.
    Mac and cheese,
    mini pizzas,
    pb&j,
    Pita wraps/pockets,
and if the kids are really little and like this sort of thing, you could always get something like Kid cuisine or something.

Get a Boboli crust at the grocery; put some jarred spaghetti sauce on it and whatever toppings you like for pizza; top with grated mozzarella cheese and bake …..

    TACO SALAD
    1 iceburg lettuce, shredded
    1 can pinto beans, drained
    1/2 onion, diced
    2 tomatoes, cut up
1/2 lb. grated cheddar or Mexican cheeses
1 small jar salsa or small bottle Catalina or French dressing
    sliced black olives (optional)
    diced avocado (optional)
1 lb. browned ground beef (optional)
3-4 handfuls scrunched up tortilla chips
Mix everything all together really well and serve……

I always keep bowls of fruit salad, coleslaw and potato salad in the refrigerator (to put with meals or for people to make their own lunches). Just cut up a bunch of melon, strawberries & pineapple for the fruit salad ….. Buy 1/2 lb. of store coleslaw and mix with a bag of shredded cabbage (produce department, adding in some dried dillweed and 1 Tb. horseradish …… buy the potato salad and sprinkle paprika on top

    PISTACHIO FLUFF
1 small package pistachio instant pudding (can use LEMON)
    1 (9oz) container Cool Whip
1 (8oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
    3/4 c. chopped nuts
    1/2 c. miniature marshmellows
Mix everything all together and chill several hours. Serve as a salad or dessert
